My name is Raven Davis. I am the Founder & Chief Digital Officer of RLD Digital. We are an LA-based organic marketing and paid media agency that specializes in a variety of marketing channels.
RLD Digital was launched after I spent years working for the world’s largest marketing agency holding companies including Dentsu Aegis Network, WPP, Omnicom Media Group and Interpublic Group of Companies. My clients included Macy’s, Chanel, Hilton Worldwide, The Wyndham Hotel, The Mark Hotel, Setai Miami Hotel, The Miami Design District, Wells Fargo, Novartis, Agios Pharmaceutical, Gocovari, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, GrubHub, Trader Joe’s, Kroger Foods, Paramount Global and many more.
Frustrated with employee inequity, lack of ethical business practices, and poor leadership across large agency holding companies I decided to launch my own boutique marketing firm.

Data privacy and transparency is crucial to how we run our agency. We are committed to following best practices across marketing platforms (E.g. Meta & Google). However, as marketing experts we have the ability to decide if the recommendations provided by our tech partners are honest, transparent, and in our client’s best interest. Our loyalty is to our clients before our tech partners. Our #1 priority is transparency to our clients and protecting their data and media spend. We push back if media partners are not honest. We always keep clients updated on any issues & concerns. We identify problems and implement solutions.
We are serious about DEI. As a female agency owner, I am personally invested in making sure RLD Digital values DEI in our everyday interactions and decision-making with clients and colleagues alike. My goal is to always make sure everyone we work with is treated equally, receives fair compensation, is treated with respect, and has a voice to speak their truth regardless of ethnicity, gender, age, and differences in personality. Our culture of inclusivity enables a safe space for RLD Digital staff, consultants, and partners. This approach protects our clients from high turnover and poor work quality.
